The Deal about staring...

Staring at each other was one of the first things we did together. You're asking why? Well I don't know why anymore and I don't know how it started but we sure stared at each other a lot. It was not only a stare that was at stake but to win a game.
One day we decided to make a game out of it. We played the "staring game". It's a game where we stare at each other and the first one who blinks looses. So it's just a simple game and boring you might think but for both of us it was lots of fun and excitement.
I also had this sort of bracelet back in the days. It was made of materials used on "Habagat" slippers. I'm not sure what to call it. I had it with me because it was in style back in the days. Fortunately she liked it and wants it. I told her I like it too but she really insisted that I give it to her so I made a deal with her. She can have my "bracelet" if she wins against me in the staring game(which I have seldom - never won). It's a win-win situation for her I guess.
So there we went for the game and I lost after a tearful stare. So I could not accept defeat neither could I accept loosing my bracelet. So I bargained for a round 2 and she accepted it because she knows she's gonna win and yet again I lost it. So I finally surrendered and gave it to her.
She had one more request though, it's that I spray it with my perfume which was from a brand called "Oxygen". I wondered what she really wanted, if it was the bracelet, the perfume or both of them? Well, it was part of our lives now and it's one of the things on how we started.
